Branding adapts PlexSub to your community.

What you can customise​

  • Instance name.
  • Logo.
  • Favicon.
  • Primary colour.
  • Portal wording.
  • Visible sections.
  • Language.

Instance name​

Use a name that your users will recognise. Avoid internal names that only administrators understand.

Logo and favicon​

Upload clear, lightweight images and confirm that they look good on both desktop and mobile.

Primary colour​

Choose a colour that remains readable in light and dark mode. Check buttons, badges, and status indicators.

Portal wording​

Portal copy should explain actions, not internal implementation details.

Better: Your access is active.

Worse: Billing provider returned active.

Portal sections​

Enable only sections that provide useful data. If a service is paused, do not show entry points that appear operational.

Language​

Review the panel and portal language before sharing the URL.

Mobile view​

Check the header, menus, cards, modals, and forms.
